CAFOD, the British bishops' overseas-relief agency, has endorsed the distribution of condoms as a defense against AIDS.
Actually, that's not news. CAFOD has been encouraging condom distribution since... since...
Well, at least since 2001, the year when the executive director of CAFOD held a "commitment ceremony" with his homosexual partner, to which he thoughtfully invited a friendly bishop.
CAFOD, in case I forgot to mention it, is run by the British bishops.
