Catholic Relief Services now has available a 28-page brochure detailing the agency's relief efforts during the past calendar year. 2008 CR Highlights: The Year in Review presents a truly impressive collection of stories about humanitarian work in impoverished countries. It's wonderful work, really.
But I couldn't help but notice that in describing those fine examples of Christian charity-- in all those 28 pages-- CRS did not use any of these words:
- Gospel
- Jesus
- Christ
- Baptism
- God
