Schedule set for Pope's September trip to Czech Republic

The Vatican has released the schedule for the September trip by Pope Benedict XVI to the Czech Republic. The Holy Father will leave Rome on Saturday morning, September 26, arriving in Prague at midday. He will venerate the famous image of the Infant Jesus of Prague, meet with local leaders, and celebrate Vespers at the city's cathedral that day. On Sunday he will travel to Brno, celebrating Mass there, then return to Prague for meetings with ecumenical and academic leaders. On Monday he will travel to Stara Boleslav, to visit the church of St. Wenceslas on that saint's feast day. Later in the day he will return to Prague for his flight back to Rome.
