Vote to defund Planned Parenthood fails

The US Senate has failed to pass a bill that would end federal funding of Planned Parenthood.
In a 53-46 vote, proponents of the effort fell seven votes short of the 60 needed to overcome a filibuster by the bill's opponents.

Don't you think it would be appropriate to point out that it was the Democrat party filibuster that prevented the vote that would have approved the legislation.
