Arrest made following death threat against Indian cardinal

Indian police have made an arrest in connection with a death threat against Cardinal Telesphore Toppo of Ranchi, according to a UCA News report.
The suspect bore an animus against a third party whose contact information was mentioned in the death threat, according to the local police superintendent.
