Tunnel may be built under Manger Square

To help ease automobile traffic problems in Bethlehem, a tunnel may be constructed under Manger Square.
The Scotsman reported that the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization would need to approve local officials’ plans for the project.
