Catholic Recipe: Pickled Mushrooms
These homemade pickled mushrooms need to be made a day in advance.
Drain mushrooms, saving broth. Combine 1/2 cup broth with remaining ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pour over mushrooms.
