- This year one graduate of New York’s archdiocesan seminary—just one—was ordained to the priesthood for the archdiocese.
- That one new priest, Father Patric D’Arcy, chose to celebrate his first Mass in the extraordinary form.
- He’s not even a native New Yorker; he’s from Ontario.
