Inside the Vatican Magazine claims to have an interesting scoop -- the forthcoming document on how the Liturgy is to be celebrated will, in addition to setting forth clear and strong directives for the Novus Ordo, call for a much wider use throughout the Church of the Tradition Mass of the Roman Rite.
If the Holy See is, finally, alarmed at the state of the liturgy, then Deo gratias. And only a small-souled person could possibly object to the providing of the traditional rite to those who find it helpful. Is it possible that someone, somewhere, has noticed that the last forty years have not been terribly successful??
