You're right of course, Fr. Wilson; a Catholic politician should not be a Mason.
He also should not vote to legalize abortion, require hospitals to cover contraception, allow sterilization, provide funding for Planned Parenthood, authorize cloning, accept euthanasia, tolerate divorce, recognize same-sex unions... Need I continue?
Don't get me wrong. I am not saying that a Catholic should be a Mason. He shouldn't. But his horse left the barn a long, long while ago.
