Liberal media outlets discovering pro-life cause?

Are some reliably left-leaning journals finally recognizing the validity of pro-life claims?

Mother Jones carries a lengthy and mostly sympathetic portrait of a pro-life lawyer and his efforts to promote legislation that would protect both unborn children and their mothers.

And in Slate, William Saletan explores the problems facing pro-abortion "absolutists," who will not allow any restrictions whatsoever on legal abortion. Their position is increasingly untenable, he argues.

You know what strikes me about these articles? Their authors are having to confront the truth in the silence of their own souls. Tell me the prayers and sacrifices of the Pro-Life activists are not paying off. I wish I could be congratulating myself here, but I must confess that it has not been my fight. I praise God for the souls who have cooperated with Him in this fight against murder of the innocent.
