Cardinal Velasio De Paolis, the pontifical delegate for the Legionaries of Christ and the Regnum Christi Movement, has made governance and personnel changes to the Legionaries of Christ, according to a Legionaries announcement.
The cardinal has temporarily expanded the size of the institute’s general council because “the task of revising the constitutions … is so important.” In addition, the cardinal appointed a new territorial director for Italy, a new rector for Section C of the Center for Higher Studies in Rome, and a new general dean of studies.
