German bishops condemn online sale of Body Worlds corpses

German bishops are denouncing a decision by Gunther von Hagens, who created the Body Worlds exhibit, to sell his plastinated corpses online. “This is not about new discoveries for science and research, but about picking at bones and spectacle under the guise of medical enlightenment,” said Archbishop Robert Zollitsch of Freiburg, chairman of the bishops’ conference.
