Catholic World News - August 28, 2014
The head of the Russian Orthodox Church has sent condolences to Pope Francis following the death of his nephew’s family in an automobile crash.
“Please accept my profound condolences over the tragic death of your loved ones in a traffic accident,” said Patriarch Kirill of Moscow. “May Christ, the Lover of Mankind, give rest in the dwellings of the righteous to those who have passed away and send to your nephew a speedy recovery and to Your Holiness His consolation and abundant help in all courses of your life.”
