Jewish activists under house arrest for papal visit to Israel

Catholic World News - May 22, 2014

Israeli security officials have placed three Jewish activists under house arrest, saying that they may have planned to disrupt public appearances by Pope Francis during his weekend visit to the Holy Land.

Police obtained a restraining order that will confine the suspects to their homes during the days of the papal visit.
