Pregnant Texas teen wins injunction against parents' efforts to force abortion
CWN - February 20, 2013
A pregnant teenager in Texas has won a court injunction barring her parents from forcing her to have an abortion.
The 16-year-old girl, who has not been identified publically, will be allowed to use her family’s car to travel to school and to doctor’s appointments during her pregnancy. Her parents had said that she would not be allowed to drive unless she consented to an abortion.

Prayers are needed for both children: the pregnant one and her baby, as well as the parents. Can you imagine how that kid will feel when he/she learns that his own grandparents went all the way to court seeking to have him/her killed?

I am blown away by the lack of compassion in these parents' ultimatums. I pray that their hearts will soften toward their daughter and their grandchild and that they will embrace them both with our Lord's love.
