Pope Benedict’s prayer intentions for February 2012

The Vatican has announced the prayer intentions of Pope Benedict XVI for February 2012.
The Pope's general intention is “that all peoples may have access to water and other resources needed for daily life.” An estimated one billion people lack regular access to safe drinking water.
The Pope's mission intention is “that the Lord may sustain the efforts of health workers assisting the sick and elderly in the world's poorest regions.”
