The lucrative business of abortion

A moderately busy abortionist can bring in revenues of nearly $500,000 a year, a few calculations show.
The same arithmetic--based on average pricing--suggests that Planned Parenthood generates income of well over $130 million a year from its abortion services.

PP reports that only 3% of its “services” are abortions. While that may be true, this same blogger used PP’s own numbers to show that abortions account for 33% of its revenue: http://politicalcalculations.blogspot.com/2012/01/core-business-of-planned-parenthood.html. That’s lucrative indeed: 3% of interactions accounting for 33% of revenue.
