Catholic Recipe: Grilled Bananas II
These bread crumb encrusted bananas are a nice accompaniment to a barbecue meal.
DIRECTIONS
Dip bananas in lemon juice; roll in melted butter or margarine, then in flavored bread crumbs. Wrap in heavy foil; grill 10 minutes over hot coals. Makes 4 servings.
