Catholic Recipe: Grilled Bananas I

Bananas with sugar and cinnamon individually grilled are a nice fruit side dish to serve for a Southern barbecue.

DIRECTIONS

Peel bananas; place each on double thickness of heavy-duty or broiler foil. Brush with lemon juice. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar; dust with cinnamon. Dot with butter or margarine. Wrap foil securely around bananas, twisting ends. Grill 7 to 9 minutes. Serve piping hot.
