Catholic Recipe: Coconut Macaroons

  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate pieces

This is a very easy recipe for a sweet treat.

DIRECTIONS

Combine milk and coconut. Stir in vanilla and chocolate pieces. Drop by teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until light brown, and remove from sheet at once. Cool on a wire rack. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
