Catholic Recipe: Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms
Also Called: Oeufs Brouillés aux Champignons
DIRECTIONS
Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, pepper; set aside. Slice mushrooms. Sauté in butter in skillet 7 minutes. Combine egg mixture with mushrooms. Scramble. Yield, 1 serving
