1. Three women at break of day had joined With spices so sweet Him to anoint, Christ Jesus, whom they laid in the tomb. He had arisen in early morn. Kyrie eleison.

2. The virgin Mary pure and mild, Had shed many tears throughout the night. For Jesus the Christ, her Son and Lord. He is our Saviour, He God's own Word. Kyrie eleison.

3. Christ Jesus, our Lord and Master dear, In glory aris'n Thou doest appear. Ah, give to me through Thy passion's power Eternal glory in my last hour. Kyrie eleison.
