LIGHT
In revelation and sacred doctrine, a source of understanding or of insight into the truth. It may be either the truth itself, which enlightens the mind about what God wants human beings to know; or the inward supernatural power that enables the mind to grasp what is beyond its native capacity to understand; or the assistance of grace to help dispel the darkness induce by sinful passion that tends to prevent the intellect from seeing the things of God.
