ANGELISM
A theory of human existence that minimizes concupiscence and therefore ignores the need for moral vigilance and prayer to cope with the consequences of original sin. In general, the tendency to regard human affairs with casual optimism, as though human beings were angels without bodily needs and without proneness to sin.
