Delaware diocese, victims agree to $77M settlement

Attorneys for the Diocese of Wilmington and nearly 146 alleged abuse victims have agreed to a $77 million settlement. Under the terms of the settlement, the diocese has agreed to release unredacted documents related to abuse allegations.
The diocese filed for bankruptcy in 2009.
