Barred as foster parents for opposition to homosexuality, English couple sues

An English couple is challenging a ruling that bars them from becoming foster parents because they believe homosexual acts are immoral.
Eunice and Owen Johns have asked the High Court to receive a decision barring them from serving as foster parents because they would tell children that homosexuality is wrong. Homosexual activists said that the couple—who have taken in more than a dozen foster children in the past decade—should not be allowed to pass along their “prejudices.”
