Neither the Diocese of Basel (in which Lucerne is located) nor the Swiss bishops’ conference has yet offered a public comment on the condom-giveaway program.

Obviously the Vatican (Pope) really does NOT have control over local churches. May God deliver us from these scandals! When will our Holy Father comdemn and remove Bishops and priests who disregard his sound teachings!?!!!
