Irish archbishop says cover-up aggravated sex-abuse scandal
Catholic World News - September 16, 2010
With Pope Benedict’s trip to Great Britain renewing media interest in the sex-abuse scandal, Archbishop Diarmuid Martin of Dublin said that bishops aggravated the problem by suppressing the evidence.

"There is no way forward for the church in carrying out its mission without adequately addressing its past," he said.
