Wisconsin diocese tells employees: don't use insurance for contraceptive coverage

Bowing to new state regulations that require coverage of contraceptives in employees' health-insurance policies, the Diocese of Madison, Wisconsin, has said that a new insurance plan will include birth-control coverage-- but has warned diocesan employees that they should not use that coverage.
