Spotlight on CHA efforts to promote Obama health-care plan

The Capital Research Center, a Washington group, has highlighted the role that organized health-care groups played in providing critical political support for the Obama health-care reform bill. The leading role, the group reports, was played by the Catholic Health Association, which came out strongly in support of the Obama plan despite the opposition of the US bishops' conference.
