Connecticut priest under spotlight for $1 million in missing funds
CWN - June 21, 2010
A Connecticut priest is being investigated in a connection with an estimated $1 million missing from parish accounts.
Father Kevin Gray, who was placed on medical leave in April, could face criminal charges for diverting funds from the accounts of a parish in Waterbury where he had been pastor. The Hartford archdiocese has been working with police to determine how much money is missing from the parish accounts.
