Prominent Philippine priest again accused of abuse in US

A man has filed a lawsuit against the Diocese of El Paso alleging that Father Manuel Perez Maramba abused him while he ministered in the United States. Father Maramba, a Benedictine of Our Lady of Montserrat Abbey in Manila, is one of the Philippines’ most prominent liturgists and is also a prominent canon lawyer.
