Pakistani Islamic leader issues a fatwa against terrorists

Tahir ul-Qadri, a Pakistani Islamic leader, has issued a fatwa condemning terrorism. His 600-page statement is a detailed rejection of the ideology that supports Al Qaida, as well as a condemnation of suicide bombing and the deliberate killing of civilians.
Qadri issued his fatwa in London, where he has attracted a growing following.
