President of Pontifical Academy for Life rejects call for his resignation
CWN - February 24, 2010
The president of the Pontifical Academy for Life has rejected a demand for his resignation. Questioned about a letter signed by five members of the Pontifical Academy, who said that he is not fit for the post, Archbishop Salvatore Fisichella said that he had no plans to answer his critics. "I won't respond to these people," he told AP. "Too much space already has been given to them."
