Cardinal Rigali warns US Congress on Freedom of Choice Act

In a letter to members of Congress, Cardinal Justin Rigali of Philadelphia, chairman of the US bishops’ Committee on Pro-Life Activities, warned against the sweeping consequences of enacting the Freedom of Choice Act, which Sen. Barack Obama has promised to sign upon election as president.
