CCHD-funded group, Catholic college hosted conference with Planned Parenthood speaker November 23, 2009
On November 20, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ office of media relations issued a press release drawing attention to Women in Transition (WIT), “a CCHD-funded group in Louisville which runs a skills-building program and organizes around issues like affordable housing.”
In July 2009, WIT and Spalding University-- the oldest Catholic college west of the Alleghenies-- jointly hosted a conference entitled “Building the Unsettling Force: A National Conference to End Poverty.” At the conference, Mary Wallace of Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest led a workshop and strategy session on the “Right to Health.” Ms. Wallace’s presentation was entitled “It begins with me: Confronting reproductive health issues.”

When the collapse of America finally comes, the persecution of the Church will begin because the lefty bishops have been complicit for decades in promoting the things that will have brought this county down. Unfortunately, the the good bishops and priests will suffer the most. The old left guard will have skedaddled.

Why do our bishops refuse to take reponsibility for this renagade group that does not research the groups they give money to. It would seem a simple matter to search. The bishops are being played for access of their money to politically left organizations. Wake up!
