Papal support for family of Eunice Shriver

Pope Benedict XVI sent a message of support and a promise of prayers to the family of Eunice Kennedy Shriver, shortly before her death on August 11. The founder of the Special Olympics, wife of former Peace Corps director Sargent Shriver, and sister of President John F. Kennedy, Eunice Shriver died in Massachusetts at the age of 88 after a series of strokes.
