The cure for the climate "problem" was reported here on 9 November: the example set by Brazil to reforest the tropical rainforest. Ending the continuing destruction of the Amazon rainforest, by itself, would remove "37% of carbon emissions." Worldwide reforestation would likely solve the "problem" entirely. Brazil's solution is a combination of technology, good agricultural practices, and cooperation with the regenerative power that God induced in the beginning (Augustine:De Genesi ad Litteram).
