Papal prayers for victims of natural disasters
November 28, 2016
Following his November 27 Angelus address, Pope Francis prayed for victims of natural disasters.
The Pope told the crowds gathered in St. Peter’s Square that he was praying “for the peoples of Central America, especially those of Costa Rica and Nicaragua, hit by a hurricane, and in the case of Nicaragua, also a strong earthquake. I am praying as well for those of the north of Italy, who are suffering because of floods.”
