Vatican, UNICEF launch worldwide peace-through-education program

The Vatican has joined with the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) in a new initiative to promote peace through education.
The collaborative agreement, signed on April 21 at the Vatican, involves a 5-year program designed to connect more than 400,000 schools around the world.

I am surprised the Vatican is working with UNICEF, Re: "The newest report from UNICEF suggests that nations are bound by international law to provide sexually-related materials to children without their parents’ knowledge, explains Susan Yoshihara of C-FAM, the Catholic Families and Human Rights Institute."
