EEOC issues religious-discrimination data

The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission received 3,549 complaints of workplace discrimination based on religion in fiscal year 2014—down from a high of 4,151 three years earlier.
The claims resulted in $8.7 million in monetary benefit awards.
