Italian legislators move to ease divorce process

The lower house of Italy's parliament has approved a bill that would speed the process of divorce.
On a vote of 381 in favor and just 30 opposed, the legislation-- which would aim to make uncontested divorces final in six months, and contested divorces within a year-- now moves to the Italian senate, where quick passage is expected.
