Victory for FOCUS against HHS mandate

A federal district court has issued an injunction barring enforcement of the HHS mandate against the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS), an apostolate to college students.
The injunction will remain in effect until the United States Supreme Court rules on Hobby Lobby’s challenge to the mandate.
