New Testament-era town discovered along Sea of Galilee

The remains of a 2,000-year-old town have been discovered along the northwest shore of the Sea of Galilee, according to LiveScience.com.

Ken Dark, an archaeologist at the University of Reading, believes that the town may be Dalmanutha, mentioned in St. Mark’s Gospel.
