Reuters speculates on reforms Pope Francis might undertake

A speculative story from the Reuters news service, suggesting that Pope Francis will undertake serious reforms in Vatican institutions and especially in the Vatican bank, has appeared in many newspapers this week.
The Vatican has made no announcements about plans for reforms. Although the Reuters story is entirely plausible, it is based on the predictions of various observers and contains no new information.
