Vietnamese Catholic activists report mounting human-rights violations

Human-rights violations are on the rise in Vietnam, the National Commission for Justice and Peace of the Vietnamese Catholic Church said in a report to the country’s bishops.
The report by Catholic activists criticizes government corruption, indoctrination, and repression of political dissent.
