Minnesota archdiocesan accountant faces multiple criminal charges for alleged theft, tax evasion

An accountant who was fired by the Archdiocese of St. Paul-Minneapolis now faces multiple criminal charges in connection with his alleged theft from church coffers.
Scott Domeier was originally charged with taking over $670,000 from the archdiocese. He now faces additional felony charges for failing to pay taxes on the income.
