Priest attacked in South Sudan
CWN - September 20, 2012
A group of youths has attacked and beaten the Kenyan priest who directs Good News Radio, a Catholic radio station in the South Sudanese city of Rumbek.
“The reason for the attack remains a mystery,” said Father Bosco Ochieng, the victim of the attack. The youths identified him as a priest and did not rob him.
Father Ochieng is expected to recover and return to the radio station in ten days.
