ACLU sues to block Missouri law against disrupting religious services

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is seeking an injunction to stop enforcement of a new Missouri law that makes it a misdemeanor to disrupt services at a house of worship.
The ACLU argues that the law, which bars activities or noises that would intentionally interfere with worship, imposes undue restraints on freedom of expression.

"The ACLU argues that the law, which bars activities or noises that would intentionally interfere with worship, imposes undue restraints on freedom of expression." It seems to have escaped ACLU's notice that the activity and noise of these demonstrators outside churches imposes an undue restraint on freedom of worship.

Clearly this is a law that is needed as people want to disrupt services. Personally, I do not give a wit what poit a person is trying to make or which religion's service they are trying to disrupt, that is just wrong. I mean really, heckling a priest during Mass is protected speech? Are there really people who will stand in front of a judge, posing as law school graduates and claiming they are sane who will make that assertion with a straight face?
